The brekkie was a highlight, with fresh omelettes and the chef’s special bacon. Loved the chill vibes at the pool. relaxed hard there. the evening entertainment was a jol!

The restaurant got a bit crowded at dinner times, so a bit of a wait for a table sometimes.

Bumpy check-in, but stunning views

We were welcomed with cava and enjoyed the nice pool area. The suite provided spacious comfort and stunning views, enhancing our overall experience of relaxation.

We had a sea view room on the 3rd floor, which was stunning! The room was modern and spacious. It was cleaned every day. The bed was super comfy, so we slept really well. Some rooms were still under refurbishment, and ours wasn’t completed yet, but it was still clean, so no complaints there. Just a heads up, the restaurant was pretty busy at dinner, and the queues could get long.

Daily activities provided great entertainment options.

The location's fantastic, close to the promenade. The heated pools and well-maintained gardens are awesome. Big shoutout to Pepe and his team for the amazing dining experience, and don’t forget Marlis at the Club bar—they really make your stay special.

During my recent stay, I truly appreciated the hotel's engaging daytime activities and the quality of evening entertainment offered, especially the outstanding African acrobatic act. I look forward to seeing the hotel fully restored.

The hotel features beautiful sea-inspired architecture with white façades, complemented by well-maintained, spacious grounds that are easily navigable, making it a perfect choice for seniors looking to relax in a serene environment.

Some restaurant areas can feel overcrowded during peak times.

The premium drink options at the bar were exceptional. the gym equipment was outdated.

The heated covered pool was perfect for winter swims. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights, especially the Spanish Night celebration!

My stay was truly delightful, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The sea view from my Superior Double Room was breathtaking, especially during sunset, and the room itself was spacious with a lovely private balcony. I particularly enjoyed the themed culinary nights—each dinner offered a unique selection of dishes that catered to diverse tastes. The evening entertainment, especially the live music, added a charming atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. I noticed that some areas of the hotel, particularly the corridors, could benefit from a fresh design update.

Ocean view rooms offer a stunning view over to nearby Fuerteventura, making mornings a genuine experience. The daily activities include a diverse range of entertainment options and a unique outdoor terrace that’s great for relaxation after a busy day.

The walk down the endless, somewhat scruffy corridors to the room can feel a bit exhausting, especially in daylight. Some outdoor pools are described as too cold for comfort, and several guests pointed out that the buffet food often lacked temperature consistency, leaving some dishes disappointingly lukewarm. The decor in some rooms and common areas seemed tired and in need of refurbishment. The dining areas, particularly during peak times, can get crowded, adding stress to your meal experience. some guests mentioned unexpected damp smells emanating from certain bathrooms.
